- Appointments and Services
An appointment can be scheduled by online, phone, or in person. The therapist availability is the key factor for the confirmation of the appointments.
It is highly advisable that each patient should specify his/her medical history, contact information, and health issues that are related.
Specifically, our services have been structured to ensure the healing and physical health of a patient under guidance of a qualified professional. Nevertheless, results might be different for each individual case.
Due to emergency situations, therapist unavailability, or events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or change
the dates or time for any appointments.
- Fees and Payments
We will talk about the fees during booking or a consultation.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or any other method that is acceptable at the clinic or online.
Cancellation policy:
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a penalty might be applied.
Those who do not show up without notifying us beforehand might be billed the total amount of the session.
Suswa Rehab will always hold the right to change the prices for services with no prerequisite notice.

The surgical and rehabilitative services that Suswa Rehab provides should not be regarded as substitutes of a professional medical diagnostic and treatment plan from a doctor.
Completeness of medical information and health status disclosures are the patients’ duty to promote safety and effectiveness of treatments.
We try hard to please with our performance, however, we do not promise specific outcomes as recovery depends largely on the medical condition of the patient and the degree of his/her
compliance.
Suswa Rehab will never be responsible for any injury or negative result if someone that does not reveal his medical condition truthfully or not follow the given therapy instructions.
